Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, modern finishes, and a tiled walk-in shower in the full bathroom—all thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept layout provides plenty of sleeping space and easy access to the outdoors.
Tucked between Sea Hag Marina and the public boat ramp, this unbeatable location puts you steps from Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman's Bay, Roys food truck, and Crabbie Dad’s tiki-style bar. Once completed, guests will also have access to a community pool and shared boat docks, perfect for launching into your next adventure.

- Smoking ONLY allowed outdoors away from entry doors
- Dispose of all scallop shells offsite
- No shells are to be placed in trash cans or in the water

- Property manager is not responsible for left behind items and we do not ship items but will arrange pick up within 30 days of departure
