Originally the clubhouse of The Estuary community, this updated studio now serves as a cozy yet stylish retreat. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, modern finishes, and a tiled walk-in shower in the full bathroom—all thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept layout provides plenty of sleeping space and easy access to the outdoors.
Tucked between Sea Hag Marina and the public boat ramp, this unbeatable location puts you steps from Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman's Bay, Roys food truck, and Crabbie Dad’s tiki-style bar. Once completed, guests will also have access to a community pool and shared boat docks, perfect for launching into your next adventure.

During your stay
- 6 guests maximum
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- No cleaning of fish or scallops on the porches
- Smoking ONLY allowed outdoors away from entry doors
- Dispose of all scallop shells offsite
- No shells are to be placed in trash cans or in the water
Before you leave
- Gather Used Towels
- Throw Trash Away
- Turn Appliances and Lights off
- Check for your personal belongings before departing.
- Property manager is not responsible for left behind items and we do not ship items but will arrange pick up within 30 days of departure
- Lock up
- Run the dishwasher
Things to Note
- Photos are just a representation of what we expect at completion of both docks and pool.Due to renovations following Hurricane Idalia, the pool and docks are expected to be complete by scallop season but are not guaranteed.
- Guests will receive a credit of $50/night if docks are unavailable and $25/day if the pool is not ready during their stay.
