Rivers Edge condo unit 2-D B2 is a spacious end unit with covered parking, private boat slip and tackle storage room. Located next to the boat ramp and Who Dat's bar and grill. With 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation in Steinhatchee. Pack your bags and latch up the boat and head down and do some fishing or summer time scalloping. Steinhatchee is one of Florida's favorite designations for flats fishing , offshore fishing and scalloping.
The space
1 Master bedroom with king bed and private bathroom and access to the balcony. 1 guest room with 1 queen bed and 1 day bed with a trundle bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, stackable washer/dryer in the unit and a private balcony and boat slip

you have full access to the condo, a community pool and your tackle storage room where you can lock way personal valuable items.
Other things to note
You have covered parking and and extra parking in the parking lot. NO trailers are allowed in the parking lot or under the building. No exceptions. Items will be towed at your expense.
NO Loud music or disturbing others guests will be allowed. You will be asked to leave without a refund. Thank you in advance for following these simple runs to ensure everyone staying at Rivers Edge has an enjoyable time.

Payment Schedule:
50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Damage deposit:
A pre-authorization of $250 is due 1 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure.
Refund policy:
100% of payment is refundable if booking is canceled 30 days before arrival. 50% of payment is refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival.
