Rental minimums:
2-night minimum stays except for holidays and scallop season (minimum 3 nights). Rates subject to change without notice.
Payment Schedule:
50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Damage deposit:
A pre-authorization of $250 is due 1 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure.
Refund policy:
100% of payment is refundable if booking is canceled 30 days before arrival. 50% of payment is refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival.
